Thank you for choosing Dexxer. By downloading or using Dexxer, you agree to the following terms. Nothing scary — just the essentials.

1. License Grant

Dexxer Pro is a one-time purchase with a lifetime license for a single user.

You may install Dexxer on multiple Macs as long as you are the primary user.

Dexxer Free may be used by anyone, indefinitely.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key

  • Reverse-engineer Dexxer

  • Modify or create derivative versions

  • Make your license key public (Buzz and Biff need their own)

3. Ownership

Dexxer, its code, branding, and design assets are owned by Dexxer LLC.
You own your files; we own the app.

4. Data Storage

Dexxer stores all indexes locally on your Mac only.
No cloud. No syncing. No external servers.

5. Software Updates

Your Dexxer Pro license includes all future updates for macOS.

6. Disclaimer

Dexxer is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We do our best, but occasionally software behaves like it’s still running OS 9.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dexxer LLC is not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Drive corruption

  • Incorrect search results

  • Any damages arising from the use of the software

(We’ve never seen Dexxer break anything — the lawyers made us say this.)
